Salary: Basic from £38,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance - Healthcare - Flexible working - Up to 12% Pension

Location: Inverness

Role:

Do you want to work for a large Blue-Chip organisation and further your career in a surveying capacity within the engineering industry? My client is looking for a Pressure Equipment Surveyor to cover the Inverness area. Working on a Monday-Friday basis with flexible working hours, you will carry out high quality inspections ensuring various pressure equipment is compliant with current regulatory and statutory requirements. You will operate within agreed authorities, inspection and H&S standards with a clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery. You will be working in a busy and varied client facing environment and will be expected to be customer focused and professional at all times.

Skills (Pressure Vessels):

You will need a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 qualification within a mechanical Engineering discipline.

*

Have 5 years hands on experience of maintaining and repairing or working with various pieces of pressure equipment, steam pressure equipment, heat exchangers, piping, air receivers etc.

*

Proven technical knowledge of pressure equipment

*

Able to work unsupervised and make decisions on the condition and future use of equipment.

*

Able to work at height and in confined spaces.

Strong client facing skills
