Engineer planner / Scheduler - Forklifts

Location: Hinckley

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5, no weekends or bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers who have an issue with the forklift truck they have purchased or hired


• Support the after‑sales function and various staff members such as workshop controllers, and assist the service manager in the day‑to‑day running of a busy after‑sales department.


• Manage customer expectations and always strive for a professional approach.


• Upsell any additional products to new and existing customers.

Requirements

• Candidate who is good at generating reports, scheduling, and provides great customer service.


• Must have Autoline/Kerridge experience.


• Professional and presentable individual.


• Full UK driving licence.
