Job summary

NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer in Gateshead to enforce vehicle regulations and keep roads safe. You’ll be the frontline contact with the public, handling enquiries and coordinating with partner agencies.

The role offers full training, flexible shifts, a pension scheme, uniform provided, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with members of the public regarding clamping and fines.
• Advise on payment methods and enforcement procedures.
• Work alongside agencies such as Police, DVLA, and VOSA.
• Respond to public enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Ensure enforcement equipment and vehicles are safe and operational.
• Complete daily activity reports.
