Job summary

NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., is recruiting anDVLA Enforcement Officer in Gateshead to enforce vehicle regulations, engage with the public and help keep roads safe and compliant.

You’ll liaise with the public on clamping and fines, advise on payment methods, and work with agencies like the Police, DVLA and VOSA while ensuring equipment and reports are kept up to date. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is a must.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional, reliable, and confident in public-facing situations.
• Flexible and able to work shifts.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, not essential.

Responsibilities
