Job summary

NSL, a leading provider of outsourced parking and street management services, is recruiting a DVLA Enforcement Officer to enforce and clamp untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. You will liaise with the public, advise on fines and payments, and work with other agencies as required.

We seek individuals with a full UK driving licence, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated, customer‑focused approach. The role involves shift work and working on your own initiative.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaises with the public and provides advice on clamping and fines.

• Handles public enquiries and ensures information packs are available.
• Ensures vehicles and equipment are serviced and reports faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily activity reports.

DVLA Enforcement Officer

Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by enforcing and clampinguntaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.

What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?

• Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
• Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
• Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
• Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
• Completes daily reports regarding activities
