Job summary

NSL is seeking a DVLA Enforcement Officer to enforce and clamp untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. Role involves liaising with the public, advising on payments and enforcement actions, and collaborating with agencies.

Ideal candidates have a Full UK driving licence, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Shift work and independent initiative are required.

Qualifications

  • Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines.
  • Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
  • Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA.
  • Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
  • Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager.
  • Completes daily reports regarding activities.

DVLA Enforcement Officer

What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
