BYD Europe is seeking an After-Sales Technical Support specialist based in London to resolve technical issues on home energy storage products in Italy. You will maintain strong customer relationships, handle feedback, and assist the local team in diagnosing and solving quality problems.

The role requires knowledge of energy storage hardware, the ability to train customers, and willingness to travel within Italy and to nearby countries. Experience in residential energy storage is essential.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in residential energy storage or small-scale commercial/industrial energy storage.
• Majors in solar energy storage, electrical engineering, etc. are preferred.
• Familiar with home hybrid drives, PCS, batteries and integrated systems; basic electrical knowledge.
• Familiar with local residential energy storage regulations.
• Understanding of major sales networks and key customer information in Italy.
• Willing to travel within Italy and occasional travel to other countries around Italy.

Responsabilités

• After-sales technical support: resolve technical issues for home energy storage products in Italy to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain customer relationships; address feedback and complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Assist with analyzing and resolving product quality problems; follow up on resolutions.
