Job summary

EnerMech is expanding its Europe Energy Solutions team. The Business Development Manager will identify and secure profitable commercial opportunities for EnerMech, engaging with leading customers and positioning EnerMech as a trusted partner in the industry.

Reporting to the Business Development Director within the Energy Solutions business line, this permanent role focuses on developing a robust pipeline, pursuing bids, and managing key accounts across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Energy Services related to Business Development.
• Experience developing target customer pursuit and key account plans.
• Excellent understanding of offshore services and engineering industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer identification and engagement to win new business opportunities aligned with corporate strategy and forecasts.
• Develop a reliable, visible pipeline of project opportunities across the full BD lifecycle (mapping, lead generation, qualification, pursuit, capture, account management).
• Provide input into opportunity qualification, win strategies, and bid leadership.
• Represent EnerMech to customers, partners, and the market at events and campaigns.
• Harness and champion EnerMech's capabilities to achieve better outcomes (cross-selling).
• Be involved in work winning through the entire bid process and win strategy input.
