Job summary

Equans in Leeds seeks an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to assist the Retrofit Coordination team in delivering the PAS2035 process and related retrofit surveys. The role requires Retrofit Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor qualifications, plus strong survey management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor qualifications required.
• Proven ability to manage survey processes for housing refurbishment schemes.
• High level of knowledge of retrofit assessment processes and TrustMark.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, report writing included.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retrofit Coordination team in PAS2035/ PAS2030 end-to-end delivery.
• Lodge PAS2035 on TrustMark in line with main contract programmes.
• Provide accurate energy modelling using modelling software.
• Monitor and audit external survey partners delivering retrofit surveys.
• Support implementation and quality checks of retrofit surveys and processes.
