Job summary

EQUANS is recruiting a Senior Retrofit Coordinator to lead the day-to-day supervision of Retrofit Coordinators in the Yorkshire region (OU1). The role includes managing the PAS2035 process, energy modelling, and coordinating survey activities to ensure high quality and compliant retrofit schemes.

You will oversee data collection, training delivery, and workload allocation, working closely with the Retrofit Coordination Manager and stakeholders to exceed project targets and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Coordinator qualification and proven ability to manage survey processes for housing refurbishment schemes.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is required.
• OCDEA or equivalent recognised qualification is essential.
• Experience leading energy efficiency retrofit projects and teams.
• Experience with SHDF/ECO/LAD surveys and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Retrofit Coordinators in OU1 and coordinate day-to-day scheme delivery.
• Produce and collate management data for Scheme Trackers.
• Coordinate training and CPD for OU1 Retrofit Coordinators.
• Allocate workloads with the Retrofit Coordination Manager.
• Lead PAS2035 processes from assessment to handover and monitoring.
• Oversee PAS2035 lodgement on TrustMark and funding draw-down.
• Be the technical lead for energy modelling and client engagement.
• Set up partnerships with external survey partners for retrofit projects.
