Job summary

Equans is looking for an Assistant Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time role, based from the office with frequent travel to sites, and offers a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

You will support retrofit coordination on live projects, assist with QA on Retrofit Assessments, and carry out site inspections, reporting findings to lead Retrofit Coordinators.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Coordinator Qualification or working towards.
• Knowledge of PAS2035 compliance, building regulations and retrofit standards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating with contractors, clients and internal teams.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Retrofit Coordination on live projects, ensuring PAS2035 compliance.
• Assist with QA on Retrofit Assessments, Coordination and Designs, ensuring accuracy.
• Carry out pre-, mid- and post-works inspections on site and report findings to lead Retrofit Coordinators.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients and supply chain partners.
• Verify project data, audit trails and documentation to support audits and funding applications.
• Work with project managers and contractors to integrate retrofit measures into project plans.
• Proactively resolve technical challenges and contribute to reviews and improvements.
• Keep up to date with industry innovations, policy changes and funding schemes.
