Job summary

Equans is seeking an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join our Coleshill team. The role covers full-time, permanent work with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will assist the Retrofit Coordination team with PAS2035 processes, energy modelling, and coordinating surveys. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant retrofit projects for housing stock within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Assessor qualified.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
• Experience managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retrofit Coordination team in the PAS2035 process from assessment to handover.
• Assist with retrofit surveys and quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Work with the Retrofit & Central Sustainability Team to position EQUANS as the energy retrofit partner of choice.
• Provide energy modelling using modelling software.
• Assist the PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark.
• Ensure end-to-end PAS2035/PAS2030 processes meet customer needs (RSLs, LAs, homeowners).
• Assist in obtaining survey information and specifications from operational teams.
• Monitor and audit external survey partners delivering retrofit surveys.
