Job summary

Equans in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Retrofit Coordinator to join our Coleshill team. You will support the Retrofit Coordination group in delivering the PAS2035 process, from assessment and design through installation, handover and monitoring, in line with PAS standards.

You will also help implement retrofit surveys, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate with the Retrofit & Central Sustainability teams to position Equans as a leader in energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Assessor qualified and able to manage survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification and strong report writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist Retrofit Coordination team in PAS2035 process from assessment to monitoring.
• Quality check retrofit surveys and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Support energy modelling and PAS2035/PAS2030 lodgement on TrustMark as required.
• Help establish close working relationships with operational teams to maintain survey information and specifications.
• Monitor and audit external survey partners delivering retrofit surveys.
