Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Retrofit Assessor for a 12-month FTC, based in Birmingham with travel across the West Midlands. You will conduct detailed retrofit assessments and EPCs for Equans sustainability projects, coordinating with site teams and residents, and ensuring timely lodgements under PAS 2030/2035.

Ideally you hold Level 3 Retrofit qualifications and a Domestic Energy Assessor cert, with strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

Experience with PAS 2035 processes and retrofit assessment
Knowledge of building construction types and defects
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel around West Midlands

Responsibilities

Carry out retrofit assessments and EPCs on identified addresses
Contact residents, arrange appointments, and perform on-site audits
Capture photographic evidence and upload documentation to the project platform
Work with retrofit coordinators to align assessments with project timetables
