Job summary

EQUANS is looking for a Senior Retrofit Coordinator to join our team in Wath upon Dearne, overseeing the day-to-day supervision of Retrofit Coordinators in OU1 and managing the retrofit assessment, coordination process, and PAS2035 compliance on multiple schemes.

Qualifications

• Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
• OCDEA.
• Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
• Experience of working with surveying under SHDF/ECO/LAD
• Proven experience in energy efficiency retrofit works
• Proven ability to manage teams delivering against specific output objectives.
• Experience in managing and leading a team(s)
• Minimum of 5 years working with the construction industry in general
• Full UK driving license

Responsibilities

• To supervise Retrofit Coordinators in OU1 and manage retrofit assessment and coordination processes.
• Produce and collate management data of Scheme Trackers to meet current requirements.
• Coordinate training and CPD with Sustainability management and Retrofit Coordination Manager.
• Allocate workloads across the team and oversee PAS2035 delivery.
• Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark for timely funding draws.
• Act as technical point of contact for energy modelling and client stakeholder relations.
• Set up external survey partners to deliver retrofit projects.
