PwC UK is seeking an experienced Energy Infrastructure & Services Customer & Service Excellence Director to lead major customer strategy and transformation engagements. You will work with executive teams to redefine customer ambitions, redesign operating models and deliver transformation programmes that improve customer outcomes and commercial value.

Significant consulting experience within a leading consultancy or equivalent advisory environment.
Proven ability to work with senior executives across complex sectors.
Experience leading transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead major customer strategy and transformation engagements across Energy, Infrastructure and Services clients.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and advise on customer and service challenges.
Design customer-focused operating models, journeys, service propositions and roadmaps.
Develop business cases and benefits frameworks linking customer, operations, regulatory and financial outcomes.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, technology, data and people transformation.
Drive business development activities, propositions, and thought leadership.
Coach, mentor and develop team members to grow the practice.
