Job summary

PwC UK, a leading professional services firm, seeks an Energy Infrastructure & Services CSX Director to lead major customer strategy and transformation engagements across the EIS sector. You will collaborate with executive leadership to redefine customer ambitions, redesign operating models and deliver programmes that improve customer outcomes and commercial value.

• Significant consulting experience in a leading consultancy or professional services firm.
• Proven track record working with senior executives in Energy, Infrastructure and Services.
• Strong commercial and business development capability, including originating and converting opportunities.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead major customer strategy and transformation engagements for Energy, Infrastructure and Services clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and advise on complex customer challenges.
• Design customer-focused operating models, journeys and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and benefits frameworks linking customer, operations and financial outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, technology, data and people transformation.
• Drive business development activities, propositions and thought leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members to grow capability and deliver results.
