Job summary

PwC UK is seeking an Energy Infrastructure & Services Customer & Service Excellence Director to lead major customer strategy and transformation engagements across Energy, Infrastructure and Services sectors. You will collaborate with executive leadership to redefine customer ambitions, redesign operating models and deliver programmes that improve outcomes, performance and value.

Responsibilities

Lead customer strategy, operating model and transformation programmes for major EIS clients.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and advise on customer challenges.
Design customer-focused operating models, journeys and transformation roadmaps.
Develop business cases and benefits frameworks linking customer, operations, regulatory and financial outcomes.
Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, technology, data and people transformation.
Drive business development activities, propositions and thought leadership.
Support team growth through coaching, mentoring and talent development.
