Job summary

You will generate qualified leads for the sales team and work with a tight-knit Sales and Marketing group across Europe and the US. You will excel at cold calling, appointment setting and hitting clear targets, with energy, persistence and effective communication as

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Proactive, persuasive and goal oriented.
• Experience with cold calling and setting appointments is a plus.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to targets.
• Interest in technology and manufacturing or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle early stages of the sales process and create opportunities.
• Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to qualify new leads.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with prospects.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Utilize Salesforce and outreach tools to manage tasks and follow-ups.
• Attend trade shows to establish and nurture contacts.
