Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative in Lincoln to generate qualified leads and be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will collaborate with UK and global teams to drive sales activity.

Based in our Lincoln office, you will work with a small, ambitious Sales and Marketing team. If you enjoy cold calling, appointment setting, and hitting targets, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proactive, persuasive attitude with high work ethic.
• Experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to targets.
• Interest in technology and manufacturing or construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Make 40–50 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify new leads.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Using Salesforce and outreach tools to manage tasks and follow-ups.
• Attending relevant trade shows to establish and nurture contacts.
