Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Booking Clerk to join the Endoscopy Administration Team in Luton. You will support the administration and upkeep of the waiting list and arrange patient bookings within defined breach dates and through the correct pathways.

You will use the IPM system to record waiting list information, keep patient details up to date, and report issues.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update the Endoscopy waiting list in IPM.
• Book patients within breach dates and correct care pathways.
• Liaise with Consultants and Endoscopy staff to ensure timely appointments.
