Responsibilities

Welcoming patients to the Endoscopy Department and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact.
Accurately marking patient attendance and discharge on relevant systems
Requesting, receiving and tracking medical records in line with Trust procedures
Printing, filing and preparing documentation to support clinical activity
Responding to face-to-face and telephone enquiries in a helpful and efficient manner
Supporting the wider administrative and clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
