Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic booking clerk to join the Endoscopy department at Southmead Hospital. You will support administrative functions, manage endoscopy appointment bookings, and coordinate patient care pathways, including waiting lists, with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE or equivalent or have relevant experience.
• Excellent keyboard skills and ability to prioritise.
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable).
