Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Elective & Diagnostic Team at Frimley Park Hospital invites applications for an Elective & Diagnostic Booking Officer - Endoscopy on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will contribute to a patient-centred service within a busy hospital environment.

The post holder will book appointments across all Trust sites, support implementation and monitoring of appointment systems, and provide high standards of customer service to patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with patients and clinical staff.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Booking appointments across all Trust sites.
• Implementing and monitoring appointment systems.
