Job summary

You will deliver deskside and remote assistance, manage hardware deployments with automated tools, enforce hardware/software standards, and support productivity suites such as Microsoft Office and Office 365. Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; 3+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Customer-service oriented and flexible with on-call rotations.
• Experience supporting a global environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SLA’s and world-class support goals are achieved.
• Hardware deployment using automated provisioning tools such as SCCM/Jamf.
• Enforce desktop hardware and software standards.
• Support productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Support hardware systems, peripherals, and printers.
• Maintain standard operating systems, endpoint protection, and hardware destruction standards.
• Ensure software compliance.
• Limited travel is required.
