Job summary

Techex is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for technology issues across the business. You will work with our MSP partner for escalation, provisioning new devices, and maintaining the IT environment, while supporting day-to-day operations and user requests.

The role is based at Techex UK Headquarters in Bracknell with a flexible approach to remote/hybrid work. A clear path for career growth and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 1st line IT support or IT admin role.
• Comfortable with Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting laptops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Able to manage user accounts (Active Directory / Entra ID).
• Able to set up, administer and troubleshoot Outlook mailboxes and MS Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day user support.
• On-site first point of contact for desktop, laptop and hardware issues.
