Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Knowledge of Autodesk applications is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with deployment and inventory tools such as SCCM or PDQ.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Engineering IT services ensuring optimal performance.
• Support the management of deployment solutions, including software package building and debugging.
• Manage and resolve service tickets related to installations, patching, and upgrades.

Skills

Knowledge of Autodesk applications

Hands-on experience with deployment and inventory tools (e.g. SCCM, PDQ)

Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019)

Basic iOS knowledge

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Education
