Job summary

Arcas Technology Ltd in Caterham is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide deskside and remote support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues to keep business systems running smoothly.

You'll install and maintain desktops, laptops and mobiles, manage Active Directory, Office 365 and Intune, and collaborate with procurement for upgrades, with a focus on security and user training.

Qualifications

• Provide deskside and remote technical support to end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Assist deployment and management of Office 365 applications and services.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, including patching and updates.
• Support endpoint management tools such as Intune.
• Conduct regular hardware audits and coordinate with procurement for upgrades.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT policies and tools.
• Document incidents, resolutions and best practices in the knowledge base.
