Job summary

TEC Partners Limited is seeking an experienced End User Device Engineer to support a busy ICT environment in Kidlington. The role covers hands-on 2nd line end-user device support, ensuring services meet SLAs and KPIs, with close collaboration with ICT teams and third-party suppliers.

The ideal candidate will specialize in Windows 10, desktops, laptops and mobile devices, and will contribute to refresh projects, documentation, and process improvements; a full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT operational or EUD support roles.
• Strong Windows 10, desktop, laptop and mobile device support experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line end user device support
• Resolve incidents, requests and problems within agreed SLAs
• Support Windows 10 devices, laptops, desktops and smartphones
• Identify trends and recurring issues, escalating where required
• Support moves, projects, events and technology refresh activity
• Maintain and update documentation and knowledge articles
• Follow asset management and ICT governance processes
• Identify and suggest service improvements
