Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Nottinghamshire is seeking an End User Device Apprentice to join the Technical Services team. You will contribute to the build and support of workstations, laptops, iDevices and printers while training on a Level 3 Information Communication Technician course.

The role covers NHS digital services, asset deployment across hospital sites and community partners, with supervision from an EUC Service Support Manager.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 or above.
• Computing qualification or equivalent.
• Level 3 Computer Sciences Qualification or Equivalent (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user device support and basic IT assistance across hospital sites.
