Job summary

Nottinghamshire Health Informatics Service is seeking a motivated EUD Apprentice to start a digital career within the NHS IT service supporting over 13,000 users across hospital and community sites. You will undertake a Level 3 Information Communication Technician course and work under supervision to build, commission and patch devices and equipment.

As part of the EUC Service team, you will gain hands-on experience delivering technical and user support while contributing to digital services

Qualifications

Motivated and confident individual suitable for an NHS IT apprenticeship.
Enrolment or eligibility for Level 3 Information Communication Technician course.
Face-to-face interview availability is required.

Responsibilities

Work with End User Device Engineers to deliver technical and user support across hospital and health community.
Assist in build and commissioning of new and used equipment (workstations, laptops, iDevices, printers).
Assist with patching of network equipment under supervision.
