Job summary

JM&Co Recruitment Ltd partners with a long-established supplier of bespoke sporting apparel in North Oxfordshire to recruit a Sales and Dispatch Executive. You will manage the full order journey—from initial enquiry to final dispatch—coordinating with production and ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Confidence using CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge or experience of dispatch/shipping processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and responsive service to customers via telephone and email.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information.
• Coordinate with the workshop to schedule orders into production.
• Ensure garments meet quality standards prior to dispatch and organise packaging and courier bookings.
• Proactively track deliveries and update customers on progress.
• Support after-sales service, including handling returns and queries.
