Job summary

Joules Head Office in Market Harborough is seeking a Wholesale Operations Co-Ordinator to join the Partnerships team. This full-time, onsite role supports end-to-end wholesale order execution, coordinating between wholesale partners, sales, finance and distribution.

The ideal candidate will ensure orders are delivered on time and in full, maintain strong partner relationships, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. On-site hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills across external wholesale partners and internal teams.
• Strong IT literacy with general software experience; Google Workspace is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational maintenance and on-time delivery of the wholesale order book.
• Resolve account holds and friction points with Credit Control and Sales teams.
• Direct order processing through the Distribution Center to meet deadlines.
• Manage end-to-end processes for returns, claims, and credits with accurate account admin.
• Build strong relationships with wholesale partners, regional sales reps and internal teams.
• Assist sales teams during partner appointments and provide operational insights.
