Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end engineering projects in the UK. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, drive plans, and address risks to ensure successful delivery within time and budget.

You will manage commercial aspects, support tender submissions, and maintain strong relationships with clients and offshore partners, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation, and demobilisation.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop project plans and execution strategies.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects, achieving contractual, technical, commercial, and operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, schedules, and delivery timelines while proactively managing risks, priorities, and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics, and offshore support activities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Manage project budgets, financial performance, invoicing schedules, and forecasting activities.
• Oversee change control processes and identify variation opportunities to maximise project success and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, offshore personnel, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage offshore information packs, procedures, and project records.
