Job summary

Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited is seeking a Commercial Claims Handler in Belfast to manage all classes of commercial claims within the Claims Team. You will work closely with involved parties to ensure updates are shared and information is provided promptly, while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer service.

• Previous experience within Claims handling is required.
• Professional qualification – CII or working towards professional qualifications.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned performance and service standards to ensure customers are provided with an excellent customer experience and proactive handling of all claims.
• Provide clear and accurate claims advice to clients and policyholders.
• Ensure clients understand policy terms and cover levels in line with regulations.
• Project manage claims from FNOL to completion.
• Liaise with policyholders and insurers daily and manage expectations.
