Job summary

Brown & Brown UK in Belfast seeks a seasoned Claims professional to manage all classes of Commercial Claims within the Claims Team, delivering a complete professional service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will project manage claims from FNOL to completion, liaise with policyholders and insurers, and support junior staff with technical guidance while maintaining high standards of customer care and timely information flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within Claims is required.
• Professional qualification – CII or working towards professional qualifications.
• Interpersonal / Communication skills are essential.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned performance and service standards to ensure customers have an excellent experience and proactive handling of all claims.
• Provide clear and accurate claims advice to clients and claimants.
• Ensure clients understand the terms and extent of cover in line with regulations.
• Project manage claims from FNOL to completion within set budgets and timeframes.
• Liaise with policyholders and insurance companies daily.
