Shaftesbury Brodawel is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to provide support and encouragement within a caring, community-minded team. You will follow the person-centered support plan and maintain accurate records, with potential sleep-in shifts.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and manual car driving; salary £13.45 per hour, 20 hours per week. Benefits include training and pension; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring, community-minded approach.
• Ability to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to drive a manual car.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement according to the person and support plan.
• Maintain accurate records while at work.
• Administer personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions (paid £60 per sleep-in).
