Job summary

Shaftesbury York House in Shrewsbury is seeking Bank Enabling Support Workers to provide compassionate support to people in our disability services.

You will follow the person-centred support plan, maintain accurate records, and may assist with personal care and medication; sleep-in shifts are covered with an additional £60 per sleep in.

We are committed to inclusion and safeguarding, with enhanced DBS/Access NI checks and a focus on enabling independent living within a vibrant community.

• As a Bank Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
