Job summary
Shaftesbury Burnham on Sea is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker to provide person-centred care and encouragement as directed by the individual and their support plan.
You will keep accurate records, may assist with personal care and medication, and cover sleep-in sessions for which you receive an additional £60 per sleep-in. The role supports adults and children in inclusive, community-focused services.

- Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the support plan.
- Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
- Administer personal care and medication where required.
- Cover sleep-in sessions with an additional £60 per sleep in.
