Job summary

Shaftesbury York House in Shrewsbury seeks a Bank Enabling Support Worker to provide person-centred support and encouragement under the guidance of the support plan. You may assist with personal care and medication and keep accurate records in line with service requirements.

There is an option to cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 per sleep in. Shaftesbury is a disability charity delivering residential care and community inclusion across England.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records at work in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication as needed.
• Opportunity to cover sleep in sessions with additional £60 per sleep in.
