Shaftesbury Northfields is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care within our disability services. You will follow the person-centred support plan, encourage independence, and maintain accurate records.

You may administer personal care and medication, cover sleep-in shifts with a £60 sleep-in allowance, and join a team committed to inclusion and community living across Somerset.

• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Administer personal care and medication as required.
• Cover sleep-in sessions with an additional £60 per sleep-in.
