Shaftesbury is hiring an Enabling Support Worker to aid adults with disabilities in a high-dependency residential setting. You will follow person-centred plans and provide compassionate, flexible support to help individuals live a flourishing life.

The role includes accurate record-keeping and potential personal care or medication responsibilities, with sleep-in duties paid at an extra £60 per session. 40 hours weekly, based in Colchester area.

• Provide support and encouragement by following the person-centred support plan.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• May administer personal care and medication.
• May cover sleep-in sessions with additional £60 per sleep-in.
