Overview

We're looking for our next Empty Homes Supervisor to lead and support our team working on empty homes.

Responsibilities
  • Day‑to‑day supervision of operatives, motivating and supporting them to solve problems and meet quality standards.
  • Carry out pre and post inspections of empty properties and collaborate closely with the Planning team to ensure operatives’ time is used effectively, helping achieve key performance targets.
Qualifications
  • Qualified tradesperson with experience delivering high‑standard work on time.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role or mentoring team members.
  • CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness qualification.
  • Full driving licence.
