Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the local labour market and area.
• Experience delivering services in line with contractual requirements and quality.
• Able to work with target-driven environments and motivate customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a caseload of customers, helping them overcome barriers and move into sustainable employment.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and keep participants engaged and motivated.
• Conduct assessments to understandindividual circumstances, aspirations, skills and goals.
• Develop and maintain SMART Action Plans for progression into work.
• Provide tailored job search, CV and interview support to maximise outcomes.
• Build relationships with employers and stakeholders to generate opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed performance targets while maintaining standards.
• Undertake other duties as required.
