Job summary

Seetec Group is recruiting an Employment Adviser to provide guidance and support to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals. You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor participants, building strong relationships to help customers obtain sustainable employment.

This is a Bristol, office-based role. Hours are 37 per week, with a salary range of £26,500 to £29,545 depending on experience.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Target driven with high initiative.
• Ability to seek solutions to problems and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets.
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment.
• Provide tailored support in job-search and interview preparation to match customers to suitable roles.
• Undertake direct marketing to employers and build relationships with stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
• Maintain records to required compliance and quality standards.
