You will coach, mentor, and support customers to overcome barriers and achieve realistic job goals, managing a caseload with a focus on customer service excellence. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, tailored action plans, and collaboration with employers and local partners to maximise opportunities for job starts.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of the local labour market in specified locations.
• Basic knowledge of self-employment.
• Fully IT literate with Microsoft Office programmes.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services meeting contractual and quality standards.
• Knowledge of the employability and recruitment industries.
• Experience providing information, advice & guidance.
• Hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal target performance (KPIs).
• Progress caseloads to help customers overcome barriers to employment.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience to new customers.
• Provide tailored job-search and interview support to help customers gain sustainable employment.
• Undertake direct marketing to employers via digital channels.
