Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. is seeking an Employment Adviser in Salisbury. You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor participants, and help them overcome barriers to sustainable employment.

You will deliver information, advice and guidance (IAG), assess individual needs, and develop SMART action plans to support progression into work. The role emphasizes customer service, motivation, and meeting targets within a governed framework.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the local labour market within the designated area.
• Experience delivering information, advice and guidance (IAG).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other workplace IT systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a caseload of customers to help them into sustainable employment.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and keep participants engaged throughout their journey.
• Conduct assessments to understand customer circumstances, aspirations and goals.
• Develop personalised SMART Action Plans to support progression into work.
• Provide tailored job search, CV and interview support.
• Identify local job opportunities and build employer relationships.
