Job summary

Seetec is hiring an Employment Adviser to guide participants toward sustainable employment from its Ellesmere Port/Northwich office. You will manage caseloads, deliver job-search guidance, and help customers overcome barriers with a coaching approach.

The role requires strong customer service, motivation, and the ability to engage with employers. Salary ranges from £26,500 to £29,545 plus benefits, with a 37-hour week and standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in job support and guidance.
• Ability to work toward targets and KPIs.
• Demonstrated coaching and motivational skills to support participants.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Manage a caseload of referred customers and guide them to employment.
• Provide tailored job-search support and interview preparation.
• Signpost to internal self-employment resources where appropriate.
• Develop action plans with SMART targets for progression.
• Build relationships with employers and stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
