Job summary

Seetec Group is seeking an Employment Adviser to guide participants toward sustainable employment. You will manage a caseload, act as a coach and mentor, and build trusted relationships to help customers overcome barriers.

The role offers a competitive salary (£26,500–£29,545) with benefits including leave, pension, healthcare, and employee perks. Office-based in Ellesmere Port / Northwich, 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the local labour market in the provided locations.
• Fully IT literate with Microsoft Office programmes.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Experience delivering services to meet contractual/quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Progressively manage a caseload of referred customers to overcome barriers to employment.
• Deliver a positive experience to new customers and ensure engagement with the programme.
• Achieve the customer service standards required by the programme.
• Co-produce personalised Action Plans with SMART targets for progression.
• Provide tailored support in job-search and interview preparation.
