Job summary

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is seeking a Work Coach to support customers face to face and digitally in a busy on-site environment. You will provide tailored guidance on job search actions, help people access vacancies, and ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010.

You will build positive relationships with customers, employers and colleagues, using sound judgement to assist progression toward work and financial independence as part of local employment opportunities.
